The following year, in 2010, MCSP took on the role of the main contractor for the Shangri-La Hotel Development project.
MCS Properties Holding LLC was established in 2011, paving the way for expansion into architectural planning, construction management, project management, consulting services, and real estate.
A momentous achievement was marked in 2015 with the successful opening of Mongolia’s first 5-Star Hotel due to the Shangri-La Hotel Development Project completion.
Continuing the streak of successful projects, in 2016, MCSP collaborated with Samsung C&T to complete the Shangri-La Complex project.
MCSP played a crucial role in the Oyu Tolgoi underground mining project, being selected as the first construction contractor for Critical Facilities Construction Project.
The company underwent restructuring and focused on disciplines such as architectural planning, engineering design, project management, and engineering consulting services.
Since 2017, MCSP has been consistently chosen as one of the leading construction contractors in the Oyu Tolgoi underground mining projects.

Also in 2018, MCSP achieved certification for international standards such as ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management System, and OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupational health and safety management system.
2018 the Critical Facilities Construction Project was recognized as the Civil Engineering Conference in the Asian Region (CECAR)’s Best Project in the Asia-Pacific Region.
